Sacred Grounds is for women across abilities, body sizes, ages, and life seasons. Here's how we work toward that on the site and in practice.

On the site

We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA contrast and keyboard navigation across the public site.
Forms and modals are screen-reader friendly with proper labels, focus management, and Escape-to-close.
Images carry descriptive alt text, decorative shapes are marked aria-hidden.

In the practice

Sessions are over video by default, available in-person in Arlington by request.
Captions can be enabled on video calls — ask before the session and we'll have them on.
Body practices are always optional, never required. If a practice doesn't fit your body, we adapt or skip.
Sliding-scale spots are available each season for women for whom full-fee coaching is a barrier.

Tell us. Email hello@sacredgroundswellness.com with what didn't work and we'll fix it within two weeks of hearing.
