Five voices we hear often

You may recognize
yourself here.

I optimize every other part of my life, sleep, calendar, finances. But my body still feels off, and no one can tell me why.

The high performera voice we hear often

I train consistently. I eat well. I should feel great. Instead I feel inflamed, tired, and frustrated with my body.

The athletea voice we hear often

I have eighty open tabs of wellness research. The more I read, the more contradictions I find. I just want one person who sees the whole picture.

The researchera voice we hear often

My cycle is louder than it used to be. The bloating, the energy crashes, the moods, and the doctor keeps telling me it's normal.

Beneath the symptomsa voice we hear often

I'm done with quick fixes, cleanses, and the next supplement. I want a path that actually restores me to myself.

Who is Sacred Grounds for?

+
Sacred Grounds is built for women who feel physically off and want one practitioner reading the whole picture, not five specialists each solving for one symptom. We tend to work with three kinds of women: the high performer (corporate, consulting, founder roles) whose body is finally asking to be heard; the consistent exerciser who feels worse despite the effort; and the wellness researcher who's read every book and wants someone to put it together.

What does “whole-body coaching” actually cover?

+
Five pillars, read together: hormones, gut health, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and movement. We start with what you're already noticing, the tiredness, the bloat, the inflammation, the disconnect, and trace it back to the system actually asking for attention.

How is this different from therapy or a primary care visit?

+
Sacred Grounds is functional, somatic, and pastoral, it lives alongside therapy and medicine, not instead of. We work with the body that's been carrying the story, and we look at systems most ten-minute appointments don't have time for. If you're in acute crisis, please reach out to a clinician first; we're here for the long, slow returning.

Why are there no free discovery calls?

+
Because the moment we meet, we're already in the work. Charging for the intake protects both of us, it ensures the time is honored, and it means I can give you my full self instead of selling you something. If a longer container feels right after, the intake fee applies.

Where are you based? Do I need to be local?

+
Sacred Grounds is based in Arlington, Virginia (2300 Wilson Blvd). Most coaching happens over video, so we can meet from anywhere. If you're in the DMV, in-person intakes and check-ins are available by appointment, Monday through Thursday.

What if I can't afford a package?

+
Interest-free payment plans are always available. Beyond that, write to me. I keep a small number of sliding-scale spots open each season, and the workbooks are meant exactly for this.

Is my data safe?

+
Yes. Sessions, notes, and journals are encrypted at rest and in transit. Nothing is shared with anyone but you, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
